well if we sound as good as jmu we are better that any other high school in Va. There is no way we sound like JMU. They have three times as much people as us. we as a 65 person band can't but out the same sound or sound quality as JMU.
i didn't say that we are as good because that's an impossibility. i already said that we sound shittier than they do...it's sad that TA has below average literacy rates as well as being incompetent at nearly everything else.
ta is waayyyyy different than jmu. jmu plays classic shows like really popular marching band stuff and ta plays contemporary stuff that is not as popular among college bands.
now hhs on the other hand. well--they are VERY similar to jmu. not in quality nor quanity but the overall concept of the band is the same..they are wannabe's.
umm...i'm sorry, i'm seeming to have a memory lapse. Who was the school who had to be in class AA last year at POC because of SAT's, and only had 47 members in it...but yet beat Harrisonburg, got the highest music score in AA, and 3rd Place in Class AA? Can anyone please refresh my memory...dannyb10987 do you have any ideas???
OH I REMEMBER...That was Spotswood! By the way, nice drumline cadence...I like how it sounds nearly identical to JMU's.

The two schools are about even....They go back and forth of whom sucks worse.. Both schools are really good.
