i have the complete box set of lost... and on one of the 'extra features' it showed them making this shark and they said they put the dharma logo on the shark for no reason whatsoever, they said they put it there just to see if anyone would notice it and many people did. its nothing to get worked up about or think its some mysterious clue :P
its abviously for the shark cage that they kept jack was in for all that time with the others, nothing to do with the season, shouldnt you be more worries about why the whole island is underwater???????????

The thing not everybody notice was the cross next to the stone foot, which one is not in the island, when we saw it for the first time. it's one of the crosses in the hands of the statue. AND IT's underwater next to the foot

if you look atseason 2, episode 2, you see a shark swimming after Sawyer. you can see in that same spot there is a dharma logo
