Yeah, went down to visit Free. Carlow's got some good training spots, not a lot and not for a lot of people though. S'good to have. It's like Leixlip (Where I'm from). Things you can train on, things that are good but they're not overly worth travelling to. Heard about you when I was in carlow, so I hear you're back...can't wait to train with you:)
