I'm just sick of people portraying China as a dictator communist country where the state decides everything and people have 0 freedom. When really everyday life is not that different than the States or any other developed country.

@MidsummerNightScream well i'm sorry that this has upset you, but to be fair, i think you should watch the film first before deciding that it's portraying China in a negative light. as i said in this video, one of the things i enjoyed about the film was seeing just how similar our cultures are.

@judekasekamp well, it's definitely funny but it's also really sad. the kids are really cruel to each other. i think it's also sad when grown adults act that way all in the name of politics. the goal should be doing what's best for the country, not talking trash about the other candidates to get ahead. it's sad that has become the standard campaign tactic.

We can see a reflection of our own political system in these Chinese kids, and in doing so, it's pretty apparent what our democratic republic really is.

is it true that dermals grow out of your skin over time?? if so do you know how long that might take?? just curious!!

@lilmama0988 i haven't heard that. if your skin rejects the dermal it will push it out, but i don't know anything about it growing out naturally.

@chescaleigh oh okay. a friend of mine told me that it does and it kinda makes sense because your skin sheds and its makes sense that if enough time passes the dermal piercing will move closer and closer to the surface until it finally falls out... but since she doesnt have one i thought i'd ask someone who did. and who better than chescaleigh. btw glad to see a vid from you ;-)
