Lmao, The Hmong are lucky because most of the Guns the Laos Communist use are Ak47. That is a good thing because AK are one of the weapon that has the worst accuracy rate ever. From a 200 meter fire with the AK only 1 bullet out of 150 rounds actually hitted a Human Sillouhette on the bottom corner of the toe. Lol, talk about luck!
