I can say with confidence that the contestants of Star Voice of India are all, by a far margin, much better than any other Indian musical talent show--and that includes Indian Idol, Fame Gurukul and any other such shows.

Toshi was definitely one of my favorites. The fact that he didn't make it deeply saddens me.

Star VOI today has lost the best talent it had, Toshi is amazing and what the Indian janta did by eliminating him, proves that the voting system is flawed and is not the ideal solution in the final stages. With the music talent that India has, senior professionals from the industry should have been the judges for identifying the true talent, and the commercial aspect of the show should had been sacrificed.
