I think I got up to... like... level 43 or 63 on Tetris DS before I lost.. Not in one sitting, mind you, that's what sleep mode is for! :D Uh... unfortunately I seemed to have misplaced my copy of Tetris DS, so I can't verify it. However! I have Tetris on my phone that's exactly the same minus the Nintendo theme, and my record says.. Level 37 with and 1169 lines.. Also there's no sleep mode on the phone version. Took a couple hours.. xD Either way, it's a great game! Extremely Addictive!

I just watched the Startropics 2 playthrough today, and then I end up seeing this nonsense.

I'm not too terrible at Tetris, I can get a pretty decent score, I just gotta get on a real roll. Lots of times I screw up and crash and burn halfway through level 3.

I was gonna pull out my Gameboy Tetris when you said to but decided against it because I wanted to keep watching your video.
