Cooking fat can be strained and reused to a point (McDonald's and all other fast food places do it legitimately with their fryolators), but there's no 99 year-old oil in those pans. One of my most the time vegan friends, she eats healthy all the time, except once every two weeks or month or so, she'll eat meat. When she breaks down and eats meat, she eats greasy hamburgers, pork chops and steak. Here's a tip: Buy raw hamburgers, not frozen, sallad and onion and normal cheese, fry them, add the cheese while their hot so it melts, then put some ketchup, sallad and onion on them, you done, taste marvellous, you don't need disgusting grease.
