@MarkonyTwo if you look up martys other videos he explains many of the things he does in alot of videos or you could google it but its basicly first finger on the number of the fret and ring finger on the string under it with a one fret space so if would be a power chord on ten first finger would be on fret ten and ring finger would be on the string under it on fret 12

I just wanted to say that your videos are great! Some of the best lessons I've found for real. Love your style of teaching and personality on your videos it feels better to take a lesson from somebody who isn't so into them selves that they forget that or ignore the fact the person watching is looking to be taught not listen to a sloppy rendition of what may or may not have been the right way to play it. @magickrokie depents on your guitar... i have a strat and i put on as heave distortion as possible... middle pickup and i put my ton knobs on 5... after that i put treble halfway middle halfway and bass 3 quarters, tell me how that works :)

It has a few amp models:

Clean-crunch-Metal-insane

And some other things like:

Drive-bass-mid-treble-chain vol.

And 2 for effects.

@magickrokie hmmm... well put on reverb. turn drive up all the way. bass 3 quarters treble about 3 quarters and chain volume about middle. now. if you have an ibanez you gonna get a more meddal sound. so to get a glossy sound like hes getting with his hollow body id do you neck pickup and turn you tone knobs or knob almost all the way down... ALMOST. not all the way. then keepur guitar volume full. after that see what its like and get back to me. remember you dont want the exact same tone as him
