Tremendous piece! Which program do you use to coordinate your pieces? Would you list the chords you used? The uke is so versatile when played by somebody with a love of music!

Glad you liked it. On this one I used Audacity (free program) to record the audio which I mixed down and imported into Premiere to edit it together with all the video parts.

It's a D9. After listening to the original again, I am not sure I was playing it exactly correctly, but you basically want play a D whle alternate adding three notes: E (the 9th), F# (a straight D chord), and G (the fourth).

Of course this is a common misconception, but technically it is not true. The Doors made use of an actual bass player on every album except the first one. Each album had a different bass player. The bassist for the L.A. Woman album was Jerry Scheff, who played bass on this song. Legend has it that the band liked Jerry's playing on the album so much that they asked him to join the band, but Jim died before it was official.

Hi, thank you for you kind words, everyone! It took me about three days to shoot and edit everything. This was my first such video, I think I am getting a little quicker at them. I finished my third one a few days ago, took about half the time, granted the newest song (Wintertime Love) is shorter and had one less part, but I did have to learn it from scratch whereas this one came to me pretty quickly.
