Overall, this was built as a land of opportunity and a land of freedom. Taking from me and limiting my freedom is fundamentally against the values that this country was based on. If that's what people want, then they can go live in Iceland, or wherever else they will find a system to rely on.
I think people love the freedom until something happens to them and they find out their insurance didn't cover it or the insurance company somehow got out of the deal and they are left to fend for themselves because their disabled or they have a serious disease or they end up in a financial crisis and can't pay for their children's tuition.

They went to college and work hours a day to give their children a good life. Obama would want to impose extra taxes upon families who make more than a certain amount of money. That is a problem. Why punish those who are working hard? A majority of the people in the united states make above $100,000.

I think people love the freedom until something happens to them and they find out their insurance didn't cover it or the insurance company somehow got out of the deal and they are left to fend for themselves because their disabled or they have a serious disease or they end up in a financial crisis and can't pay for their children's tuition.

@BlackSupraC2 , when Bush was in office, Democrats and liberals were practically begging that a reporter ask tough questions. I was one of them. The interviewers questions were valid and on the spot. A nd Obama was wrong.." everybody knows what is on the bill". Do you recall Nancy's comment after it was voted into law? Just because the president is in my party doesnt mean he gets a free ride from tough questions. I would expect the same from all interviewers.

This was the result of Clinton's luck at holding office during a boom cycle, but also because he reached across the aisle to institute welfare reform and other budget cutting measures with the republicans. Right wing asses such as yourself are revisionist historians at best, and totally ignorant ass-wipes at worst.
