Lupe is on a major record label and the label also has T.I. and B.o.B aswell.... this is the reason I think Lasers has been a drag. B.o.B came out in April and T.I. not long ago came out of prison and he's releasing his album in August. I think either a July or September release date for Lasers, either just before or just after T.I. but I think the promotion and release for B.o.B is a big reason why Lasers hasn't dropped yet.

"We are lasers" is not a song, it was the preliminary name to Lupe's album before it was simplified to just "Lasers". The song i believe you are referring to i believe is called "Shining Down" you can find it on amazon and itunes.
