  • your gonna blow a lego valve!!!

  • you should put a clutch on it so you can rev it up the dump the clutch and do a big burnout

  • woah wheres the smoke?

  • Warning!!! Google “Engine and Transmission World” Beware!!!

Read the complaints; they are crooks, they will rip you off.

Located in Milwaukee, WI. Mark Dobrenko and Allen Simmons are the owners and have been ripping people off for decades. They will send you a junk engine or transmission knowing you will want to return it but they charge you a 25% restocking fee then turn around a sell it to the next poor fool and so on and so on.

    Tell a friend.

  • nice. now new goal, create smoke from the burn out and send me the link.

  • HOW MUCH NCM / FT LBS / HP

  • you know that small tyre where the actual tyre doesnt come off you should try burning up that tyre

  • nice my brother bluemustangrox watched the one where the tire flew off lol

  • nice

  • Can you make one that runs off of dry ice?

  • As mentioned in an earlier comment, I'm wondering if these engines have much torque

  • @Jairaden1 They have plenty actually.

  • hmm.. the motor is working but the car and the rest is comming appart :P hehehe

  • What drives it

  • @coolbeans790 Compressed air.

  • Haha. The v8 actually drives the wheels. Nice.

  • tushay

  • Nice :) U ever been to santa pod (if ur in uk that is)? - Its AWESOME =D

  • better use some super glue to hold that puppy together

  • where you bought it?

  • EXREAM

  • So these do have a fair amount of torque?

  • How much squirrel power does this produce?

  • How much mousepower does she put out?

  • cute burnout XD

  • i bet it has more torq than a honda

  • you need to build a 4 speed now.

  • NEEDS A V8. LOL!!!

  • its cool but u have way to much time on your hands

  • NO SMOKE???

  • If you all think that "bmwfanz" idea is whack, then you're all stupid. A single five foot long tank can hold up to 5000 psi. The technology used in this engine that you're watching is over 100 years old. In fact, they've already made a compressed gas powered car.

  • Sorry but I have not seen any fire or burning in this "video"

  • @Rastwo666 what do you want from toys ? think there are 5 year old playing with this.

  • I think you need some new idler arms

  • @Sick701ok It's because people employ this way of thinking, that the world is going down the shitter.

  • It's electric?

  • The torque on that is insane...

  • i once made a lego engine like that of a size of a real engine and then put that into the shell of my 99 focus.IT WORKS!!!!!120 HP!!!!

  • @turbochargedfilms prolly runs better than your focus engine too

  • potencia

  • Comment removed

  • Godlike how the Rear WIng flys off :D

  • Dont got the whole discussions yet, but they are already really fast 100% electronic cars existing: Audi E-Tron and (even older and in Serial Production) the Tesla Roadster, as well as the chinese BYD (Build Your Dream) !!!

  • BOOM!! BLOWOUT!! lol

  • some how i can hook it up to my crane and make it drive

  • 0:23 Dropped a Rod.

  • that could make my lego technic moilble crane 8053 go REAL FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @BraydenXBox360 true, but id gear it down for more torque.....you dont really need any speed for a mobile crane....lol

  • that could make my lego technic moilble crane 8053 go REAL FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • where can i buy that

  • badass man, and spoilers are for suckers anyways

  • Except for the "cool" factor (which by the way, this is cool) how is this producing more power than the air that's being forced into it? Why not just hook up an air wrench to the wheels?

  • @mlopinto2k1 i was thinking that too.....it's just fun to look at =P

  • I wonder what this will do in a 1/4 mile!

  • such fail.. would be faster if you kicked that thing..

  • @RatmenKamikadze

but that wouldnt be as cool

  • why cant they use the same method to make a car engine just make it bigger so those cars does not give out Co2 so that they can prevent pollution

  • @bmwfanz And how do you propose we power such an engine?

  • @nicjasno the same way to power this engine

  • @bmwfanz Things become exponentially more complicated when scaling things up.

  • @nicjasno dude, its useing compressed air to power the engine. How do you think the air got pressurized in the first place? Electricity. Planning on putting a coal/nuclear/hyrdo station on the car? lool

  • @StanK2H613 i think you responded to the wrong person.

  • @nicjasno and also, doesnt it require electricity to produce the compressed air that powers the engine so its even more effective to use an electronic car?

  • @nicjasno not to mention sorting out all the entangled air pressure hoses that the cars would be connected to =D

  • @nicjasno Not if you keep the same system and scale up properly. Will work the same way.

  • @nicjasno Same goes with scaling down. But scaling something up that never was is complicated. ;3

  • @bmwfanz Do you have any idea what a tremendous amount of compressed air you would need to power such an engine for an extended period of time?

  • @rourin how many litre per sec?

  • @bmwfanz That's a very good question since it hasn't been build in a large scale to my knowledge, but it would be an enormous amount and would require a gigantic tank of compressed air. A standard car consumes about 20-50 litres of air per second when working hard(I'm not kidding). Then imagine trying to push the pistons in a large engine with only air instead of very powerful explosions. You would need an extreme amount of (constant) pressure, and a lot of air!

  • Comment removed

  • @bmwfanz this engine is powered by air pressure produced by an electric pump that likely gets its electricity from burning coal which produces CO2.

'Smart Cars' are worse for the environment than regular gas burning cars.

  • @bmwfanz You would have to store a lot of compressed air, and that uses energy. Biofuels are probably best. They give out CO2, but only as much as is being used up to grow more fuel. Cars don't need their engines to be changed, and no new pollutants are being released.

  • @bmwfanz We would need a giant carrying a air compressor.

    Fail.

  • @f0615388 the surounding air isn't enough?

  • @bmwfanz THe way the engine works is with blowing air, the fast air pushes things inside the engine, than that power is transferred to the wheels.

It cant really be with surrounding air because it's just there, it's not really making anything move.

  • @bmwfanz you're an idiot.

  • @nicjasno with a giant impractical gas air compressor

  • @nicjasno a battery powered compressor with an automatic battry charger, like whats on a gas engine. and a really big tank...

  • @nicjasno

They've made engines that run on compressed air, actually. We have the tech.

  • @nicjasno what if people could actually learn "airbending" ? :)

  • @nicjasno

Then how are gas companies supposed to make money?

  • @aluethial Who cares. We need to stop using oil anyway.

  • @bmwfanz

To transport enough compressed air to power a car would require an enormous tank. The energy to compress the gas would have to come from somewhere like solar, or more likely coal. You'd also have an enormous tank of compressed air in your car. It would be a safety hazzard.

  • @tkelly27 lol, i just said that =P. but you said it better

  • @bmwfanz they should use pixie dust!!!!

  • @bmwfanz You can't use a plastic engine to move a car =P

  • @MegaDOubleRainbow make it out of steel or aluminium

  • @bmwfanz cars like this are actually being produced in france and australia

  • @bmwfanz do you know how much air is going into that...alot for the size of that engine and it scaled up.... bad even with fourty scuba tanks full youll get maybe 6 miles

  • @bmwfanz well people have tried but oil companies are very bent on hiding such innovations. for example, we have cars now that can run for an hour on 1L of water. BUT do you think any manufacturers are going to release this at any point in time? everything is controlled by money, not the interest of society

  • @bmwfanz The air has to be compressed using gasoline, therefore you're still producing pollution.

  • just hit it with a big hammer

  • where did you geht that engine??

  • sorry to sound ignoant to all this but are these engines "off the shelf" to buy in shops or is it something you have fabricated using lego and custom made parts as there are pieces in there I dont recognise from my younger years of lego technic building!

  • @ttttrant01 They are newer lego technic parts. These engines are not off the shelf. But you can buy them in my shop on LPEpower

  • 0:22 shit, i stalled.

0:39 fuck, my wing came off - fuck it, more HP!

solid "motor mounts" btw bro xD

  • legos have come a long way since i was a kid

  • try it again ^ ^ on sand paper then it works may

  • the frame is bending

  • OMG DUDE THATS SO COOL

  • where's the smoke xd

  • I don't know why, but I find this video funny xD The hose falls out, the rearwing falls off and goes flying the car shakes around, and apparently something off screen falls apart xD

  • Did the front wheels fall off in the end? I seen the front drop down :-) Also, put a couple drops of oil down on the floor under the tires, reduces vibration, and parts might stay intact longer :-)

  • its like all the car is going to broke in any moment lol

  • why not have a V8? LOL

  • wait i dont get it does the engine do anything or is it just looks?

  • spoiler fall off hahahahhahahahahahahhahaha

  • @ThugZalia imagine the power of this best :))

  • now you need to build a multi-geared transmission out of legos....i bet that will be more challenging than an engine. Either way its pretty freakin cool

  • how many cost >??

    user:Sladur4e901

  • @d34dbol7 The New mustang with a V8 pulls .96 on the skid pad. The v6... with 305 horse power and 31 miles to the gallon pulls .97. That dominates most if not all European cars in that price range. AND it has a solid rear axle, so that's stronger than any dual independent rear suspension will ever be. In my opinion, it's pretty damn impressive that a car manufacturer can achieve ALL of those numbers in the same car.

  • @iloveto69yourmom The new mustang is a damn impressive car, especially for that price range. I wish i had one. V6, manual tranny, gt suspension package. Any color except pink would do. :)

  • @iloveto69yourmom a solid rear axle may be strong but makes the handling crap

independant rear suspenton is the way forward

  • @iloveto69yourmom "AND it has a solid rear axle". You do realise thats a bad thing :P

  • @iloveto69yourmom u plonker u mean they put a live rear axle to save money an u kno an bmw m6 could own the mustang but to be fair i would rather hav a mustang cuz it has more character

  • that was excellent taking bits off the tyres as you spun them

  • wow, how much air do you blow into it and how long does it go for? can you store an air bottle or something on it?

  • lol, the hose fell out xD

  • i wonder if it would be possible to put an electronic clutch on the engine and a tranny and put the fucker on a lego truck with the mindstorm in the bed then program the mindstorm to make it drive the thing around the house to where it can stop and the engine is still running without the wheels spinning, and brakes might be a plus too

  • Comment removed

  • Que posibilidad hay que esa cosa se mueva, gracias.

  • Lego Power!

  • how do you even make one?

  • Must be a Chevy, parts flying off...LOL

  • @lmorrow4 lol. more like ford

  • first the wheel came off and now the spoiler... what next?!

  • connect that to the 7-speed gearbox that guy built out of lego!

  • jajajajaj u are an idiot... jajajajaj i am not seying it for real but looks preatty stupid.. jajajajja sorry bro..

  • why i cant see the smoke

  • @JalmarEst cause there is no smoke :rofl

  • Nice and tacky just the way I like em.

  • lol you can see all the rubber flying off

  • come on baby u can do it! BOOM!!!

  • does that thing actually move?

  • duh? If the tires spin....I would bet some good money that it moves...

  • legos aren't really meant to go that fast, as you can see in the video they get kinda creaky but it's a super awesome invention

  • this is funneh :D love the idea!!!

  • Lego Engine ++

But the video is too funny, lmao! Thing is really falling appart, just like an little honda civic that is trying to hard. xD

  • european production engines are the best american are goood but european are better:D

  • i would have to highly disagree with you on that...

  • @yourcreator why would you disagree? american engines are down on power and efficency. the one redeeming faeture of an american engine is the tork you get out. but the overall power is piss poor. you use huge 5litre engines and barley get 300 hp. european engines can and do easily double that output.

  • @d34dbol7 Ford's 5.0 is now over 400.

  • @d34dbol7 you have no idea. make sure you speak you know what your talking about. no other country's engines can compare with Americans. I.E. the chevy LS series, we will talk about its smallest model the 5.7 LS1 which has 340hp, sameish torque and gets 28mpg. I like european cars and I like there awd systems but you cant get the same numbers.

  • @spartan177saber 340bhp out of 5.7 liters is shamefull....over here we have litlle tiny 2 litre engines that got 300+ hp....and you should get masses of torque out of an engine tahat size (5.7l)..you seen some of the german stuff nearly a 1000 torques in one merc...had to reign it back to 800 and something to stop it shredding it's own tyres.

  • @d34dbol7 you're missing the point. the point is that the 5.7 gets better gas mileage AND has better horsepower. who cares how many liter it is if it has better gas mileage, more performance and weighs the same as a underpowered 4 cylinder. I'm not dissing on foreign made vehicles, but you can't just rule out american cause its "a big gas guzzling 5.7 (or higher)"

  • @spartan177saber no alot of european cars have high milage aswell, but it's not just power/milage i'm talking about, american cars just can't corner well atall, they are shapeless through corners, body roll, understeer, oversteer any steer but the bloody right one, poor ride from bad suspension, like the new mustang it has leaf spring suspension, thats old and crappy. plus theres way to much cheapness in american cars it all seems tacky (shite)

  • @spartan177saber I agree with d34dbol7. I am a big car fan and had many quick cars. US cars generally are not as tuned as countries, they just go for big engines. If I remember right the Honda s2000 is a 2 liter and 240bhp. I owned a slightly modded Scooby and that was 2.0 and 300 bhp (oh the fun). My tt is 225 bhp and thats a 1.8

  • @burf2000 you listed all great cars and i love the little Audi TT's with the 1.8 turbo ('01+) and wouldnt mind owning one but who cares what liter it is if the 5.7 gets better/same gas mileage and more hp and torque, id say thats pretty darn good "tuning"

  • @spartan177saber I thought the argument was they had less hp? Anyway your point is valid. If the 5.7 does 40mpg and has over 225 bhp I buy one

  • @burf2000 manuel tranny C5 corvettes get 28mpg w/ 350hp and torque (on average)

  • how did u make it

  • *POP*...-grumblegrumble-..."DAMN AIR LINE!"

  • it needs a flywheel.

  • its falling apart.

  • well this is an American speaking, and if you drive a hummer, ferrari, or lambo, you have a small penis. Fact in general.

  • @FeHgNa

We'll, I'd have to disagree... it's not exactly necessary that you have a small penis, it can be a matter of self esteem, or just good taste overall.

  • I agree!!!!

  • and if you drive a shitbox yours is even smaller. :)

  • @FeHgNa lol i love lambos and porsh carra gts and i dont think my dig is small i love to go fast

  • @FeHgNa i have neither a small penis, nor too less self esteem, but i just like to sit in a car which presses you into the seat while you put the throttle down! its just an extremely pleasant feeling for me...

  • @FeHgNa what if you drive a Ford GT, ZR1, Koenigsegg, or a '57 bel air running a 572

  • @CrazyDave650 lol dunno about zr1 and ford gts but if ur driving a koenigsegg or a bel air, u sir, have taste in cars!

  • @FeHgNa small penis maybe (Like also american ppl with american cars)...but lots of money for sure...

  • @FeHgNa

Ah, but at least I have a complete penis!

  • @FeHgNa you can't say that about the Reventon and 458 italia :l

  • @FeHgNa that's what people say out of envy! lol. I'd love a lambo regardless of my penis!

  • @corotor12345

do you want to tell me that americans are proud of building inefficient engines?! and in average, japanese ppl havent got smaller wieners than americans have. look it up. and please, dont out yourself as an ignorant fuck by claiming that a whole nation has small dicks.

  • 0:39 LOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • hahaha! XD

  • somebody needs to design a reliable ladder bar system to keep the axel from moving around.

  • trop fun

  • Comment removed

  • yes, we americans like our power, like everything, instantly. none of that "turbo-lag" mess.

  • needs traction bars, littlebit of wheel hop going on there!
