I'm from Miami myself, and I absolutely agree with his opinion of it. There was nothing of importance there 100 years ago and there will be nothing of importance there 100 years from now when it's all under water due to global warming
@Orlabobz aaahhhh cup of tea and a chat with Stephen Fry, does life get any more civilised? But there again it is just a fantasy as I think I would be a bumbling idiot! He might start the conversation with "the thing is about Solzhenitsyn's lesser known works.......... and I would have to admit I had never read ANY
No, i think not, it is my idea of heaven....well perhaps throw in Hugh Laurie and the Beatles into the mix and I think i'd be set. But yes, I would be so acutely excited also! But we must remember, one of the best things about mister Fry is that although he is intensely intelligent, he does not make others sound stupider, but endevors to make people learn and draws us in. So I do no think you would have to worry there. But what a joy that would be, eh?
What does he say about Manchester United that's bleeped out?

I could just sit and listen to Stephen for hours on end.. Such a wonderful man, who despite talking for lengthy periods of time, never waffles.

I love it when he talks about something he loves, he's in his element talking about Oscar Wilde.
