*off topic* Did you get your piercings in Japan or the states? Just curious how Japan does piercings and tattoos (I doubt its much different, if any)

He's the scoop on piercings. Ear and nose they don't mind and I think consider no big deal, but my tongue they freak out ever time I have to take it out or realize that I have one. Tongue piercing doesn't seem to be that popular here in Japan. With tattoos believe it or not they consider them gang related and many people don't have them as far as I can tell or they seem to hide them really well.
