Thank you for your response. I have found a work around for exiting wide screen. I have tried Chrome and IE but the problem exists on both. Being unable to exit (or ESC) widescreen only occurs when a video's advance bar and exit icons disappear when one goes into widescreen but can be accessed by right clicking on the screen. When I right click, they do not appear. I never had this problem with my 19 inch screen. Also, I found IE's addons by stretching the sides of its window.
(cont'd from below)Most times if I go to full screen to watch a video, I cannot close the screen without using task manager. In IE, all of my Managed Add ons have disappeared. Since I use WinPatrol I know the addons are still installed. My monitor is connected by a VGA to a Dell Dimension E521. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
@Nissi210 The problem of not being able to close a video doesn't have anything to do with your monitor. My earnest suggestion is to download Google Chrome and see if you have the same issues. If you do, update your Flash Player.
Hi Technoguy3, I just bought my first wide screen monitor and for 3 days I have been trying to get it right. It is an Acer S211HL LCD, 21.5 inch monitor. First, setting it at its right resolution of 1080 of course makes all texts and icons smaller. I figured out how to make them larger just by doing what you did. But it took some time to get the right balance between website font and resolution. But all of my icons to my addons in FF are very small. (see above)
Man your video quality is suck, don't compress so much anymore.
