If you watch videos of Caissie and listen to sheila's part in the show I'm going to go with her. But regardless...this cast is so friggen amazing.

You are right. It is Caissie. At this show it sounded like Kacie instead but watching the close up video I could tell better and Caissie does sing the higher part in the show! :)
