matt, i think your recommendations for colon hydrotherapy are excessive. there are better ways to go about cleansing the colon, using other holistic methods...

I wish Mr. Primo the best of luck on his raw journey. I think it's wonderful that he has taken a path to better health and well being. Keep drinking those lovely green drinks! and having fun with raw food. There is hope and healing in raw real foods. You all deserve the healthiest and happiest of lives. my daily juice is: green apple, betroot, carrott, ginger, cucumber, kale, celery, alfalfa & parsely. (i'm not at a stage yet where i can drink it without the sweet components, it's too strong but i'm adding more greens & i know it's all relative to what u get used to).
..but does drinking it like this technically have the same effect on skin & beauty as straight green juice?
