<b>Here's what I reccomend:</b> -You should <i>take more frames!<i> -You should keep a consistant frame rate - - when they aren't moving, still take pictures - - I know it sounds stupid, but it really <i>does</i> improve the smoothness and quality.
-<b><i>Steady the Camera!!</i></b> - - You have the camera jumping all around the room. If you see some of my newer videos, the camera is not flying everywhere.
