  • thank u dear ..

  • thanks jocelyn this is great! - stevie

  • Wonderful job, Jocelyn and Mary!! Hope to see you both again soon!

  • The stretches presented here are gentle on the body and are designed specifically for a hoop work-out. Warming up the back by doing twists really helps. Gentle forward, side and back bends further prepare the spine, core and leg muscles for hooping. The most important thing is to listen to your body and not to over do it. If you have not worked out in a while, consult with a physician before throwing your body around in a hoop. Thanks fory your comment. Hope this info helps.

  • Thanks for your comment and the video. I really enjoy it. I am a fitness instructor myself and regardless of the stretching routine being gentle (they should always be gentle) we always do it after b/c studies now show it is most beneficial after the workout. Your routine does seem gentle and benefiical. I really like it, just wondered your thoughts on this "debate"... everyone is still so tempted to stretch before even though we are being advised otherwise. I appreciate your opinion!

  • everytime i watch a video on hoop warm ups it is a stretching routine. I thought you weren't supposed to stretch until the end, when the muscles are warmed up.
