@sophgirl1 The guy is Asakura Jun'ichi. Sagisawa Yoriko is the one dreaming. All I know is it is from Da Capo season 1 prior to episode 22 I believe.

I for some reason got bored watching this, kept jumping ahead. But I do think female anime cartoon characters do look cute when you add a pair of dog or cat ears to them. I guess that's because they are already so surreal, but at the same time estetic, adding more cuteness to them is easy.
