Danny is the guy I aspire to be like. Although no one can take his place in terms of all the great vocal impressions he did, someone's got to fill that very large void that was left when Danny passed on. I'm pulling together the costumes and wigs to put together a one man Legends show. If I ever realize the dream I'll be dedicating my first performance to Danny's impressive legacy of work.

Poor Guy. I've never seen his show but he was so young. I remember going to Las Vegas while staying at the Mirage last August wondering who Danny Gans was...then I hear the news he died today. Just seems too young to die seeing his pictures. Everybody seemed to really like him. Especially when people pay $100 a pop for a ticket. He must be GOOD.

He was brilliant so much talent it never got old. 6 yrs ago i took my Father for the 1st time I remember looking at his reaction during the show, nothing but smiles along w/tears Im so glad I took him, he said after the show WOW I just witness the greatest talent ever. My father passed away 1 yr later, I have the best memories to look back on the day I took my Father to see Danny Gans I will miss Danny, GB him & TY
I feel so blessed to have seen Danny Gans performance last year. My deepest condolences to his wife and children. I cannot imagine the depth of their pain and sadness on the loss of their loved one. Danny, you lived what you preached and now God has called you home. You left the world a better place because of your Christian beliefs, your sincerity, your charisma and your honesty as a human being. You may be gone, but the world and Las Vegas will never forget you!!!!!
Wonderful tribute- I saw Danny with my best Friend 4 years ago. What a professional and wonderful performer he was. Now we will hold that show in our hearts forever. Our prayers are with his family

For as long as I can remember the place I use to go to karaoke at had a great big billboard with Danny Gans on it. It surely will be a shame to know that it will be coming down now. From what I've heard about him I'm sad that I didn't get to see him.
Here's one for you. In Mar 2005 my wife and I went to Vegas because I was performing at an MGM Grand Talent show. (I won the Most Original Voice award).We had tickets to see Danny. He canceled the show (due to larygitis perhaps). I sent off an e-mail to him wishing him a speedy recovery. His manager requested my home address here in NY and that week I received an autographed 8 by 10 of Danny, with a letter that said "Danny wanted you to have this". How classy can you possibly get?
