shut up ya fucking english toon-go back to your foggy, damp brit army base and dring some fucking teeth-staining tea and have a fag. . . . .while we play REAL football Careful-or we'll come other there again and shag thousands more of your brown-toothed scallywag women
This video was made in the early 90's by the Airborne and Special Ops Test Directorate. I know because I was one of the videographers for it. I think it was for a new static line store mod. At the time there were many injuries involving the static line. I left the service before the tests were completed so I don't know if the mod ever went into use.
Marine Recon does do static line jumps. They have to jump every 30 days like everyone else. These are usually static line jumps unless the training schedule causes a deviation. Also, one more thing. When you've actually been in the sh*t with a combined forces mission, all the inter-service rivaly crap goes out the window. Makes it easy to tell who the airborne jeep pool and cooks are!
Any Marine jumper knows we don't jump like that... This is the Van Halen Jump video that was actually not bad... Marines don't mass-tac jump since we are a very small element. Less than 1% of Marines are Paratroopers. You may have a few Leathernecks jump with the Army if they are with ANGLICO units (Advanced Naval Gunfire Liason Company) but that was back in the day when ANGLICO supported ARMY units. I don't think they do anymore. Either way, it's a great video. Army knows their para-assault...
Those aren't marines. wanna know how you can tell? Take a close look those men are wearing Parachutes, marines are too stupid to put them on. besides you stold this video from jayboi089 (best airborne jump video) . Rock on 82nd, 1-501st Geronimo
Well then you must be into incest, hey maybe your mom wants a train. I could arrange it you know she's really into ass to mouth. You dumb F@cking jarhead.
this is not force recon or the 82nd. This is fucking army airborne school as u can tell they are all in seperate units, and this is where i jumped for airborne school also. however there could be a marine or two in there because marines go to airborne school with the army in joint classes.
You wouldn't understand this is an Army Vs Marine thing going way back, its a love hate relationship. Take your ex brit para bullshit back to England and play your sissy ass soccer wana be football crap and your damn tea with ya! or we will release Hitler from jail to finish off England.
Well I hate to burst your bubble but this isn't airborne school. The DZ that they are using is North Sicily not Friar DZ!! Ft Bragg only has an Advanced Airborne School, not a Basic Airborne School!
@Josh363639 Excuse me young fella but I was simply stating that they were using a DZ at Ft Bragg (North Sicily) not Friar DZ which is located at Ft Benning Ga. So that's your Army lesson for today! Um the AAS does exist because I graduated from there back in 1994 when it was still located on Pope Air Force Base!
Don't know why everyone is talking bout this being a bad jump....if you walk away it was a good one....One thing I did notice was the jumpmaster only looked to the rear before giving the stand in the door command...should've looked 360...he didn't hang out very far either...as far as twists go...shit happens...not all will be perfect...I only had 63 jumps though...needed two more for my master wings but said screw it..senior wings look fine to me. God Bless you all....Airborne all the way!
I loved the feeling of standing in the door as a Jump Master! Music copy right fags are jumping around and crying about music being used and some bitch is not getting paid!
Man that is an old video. I was on that series of jumps. No Marines, I was 82nd at the time and we testing new ways and new equipment. I still have my VHS tape of it in my basement.
marines don't use cat eyes snapper head. your the idiot that should pay attention!!! google ft. benning and find this video on the infantry home page. until then STFU until have an inkling of what your talking about.
Actually lostyas, you didn't see many 82nd patches because the right shoulder is where combat patches go. I saw three 82nd Div and one 10th Mtn Div patch but I doubt the rest were Marines. I believe the Marines were wearing the old jungle cammies (lighter green) that I wore in Panama with the 7th Special Forces Group in 1974-75.
I looked over that video five times. I didn't see one Marinte Uniform. Those Paratroopers looked 100% Army to me. What makes you think the marines were there? The only time I worked with the Marines while in the 82nd was with ANGLICO and we jumped separatly.
Thanks to the movie maker, from Spain, I'm a BRIPAC veteran and is a grat pleausure to refeel the adrenayne of combat jups and try to explain to my friends.
Rafidayn4eva is a loser piece of crap. if it wasn't for the us we would be living in a communist run world. I bet that you would love that since I am sure that you are on government welfare allready.
one time I jumped during airborne training for rangers, and found out that someone had put pots and pans in my pack when i pulled the rip cord; long story short, i survived it, but never again will I jump.
yeah thats pretty hardcore right there did you see that on a bugs bunny cartoon...No way did that ever happen....I call bovine scatology otherwise known as BS
That give's me a woody! and by the way if I never hear "fix bayonets" it will be to soon! and jumper #8 dude you got some twist's going on!!!!!watch out for the door on your exit!
Even though I sustained critical injuries (broken spine, multiple concussions, crushed hips and knees, with accomodating internal injuries) I would forfeit EVERYTHING I have just to be a paratrooper. Drive on, AIRBORNE, drive on!
I remember flying with eagles like it was yesterday. I served 82 abn, 21 chem 1986-88 and 12th sf 1991-92. It s the best job on the world, and I mean ON THE WORLD. We are the wolves that protect the sheep. AIRBORNE!!!
There was not a jarhead in the bunch - Trust me! Look at the shoulder patches going out the door, only the Army wear shoulder patches. Plus the cammies are all wrong for porous racoons (force recon) - no pink. HOOAHH! ALL THE WAY!! AIRBORNE!!!
The jumers are paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne Division. It was fillmed by the Airborne and Special Opeations Test Board here at Fort Bragg, NC over Sicily Drop Zone.
the falling technique is called a Parachute Landing Fall or PLF for short...its the technique used when you hit the ground so you leave the drop zone in one piece, with those parachutes you fall at 18-22 feet per second... so you can hit the ground pretty hard
@palerider6 you know it isn't force recon, because this video is of static jumps. force recon does HALO jumps like SF, Delta, and SEALs, and I believe Para-rescue. Only 101st, 82nd, and Rangers due static only.
@seanyglass u have no idea what your talking about........................ yes they do HALO and HAHO jumps but also static line, and rangers can go to military free fall school. and the 101st is an airassault division now, its the 82nd and the 173rd
As a retired Paratrooper and Jump Master with over 375 jumps both static line and HALO, I'd have to say what you are seeing here is how not to conduct an Airborne operation. Jumpers did not keep 1 second interval which could result in entanglments, multiple jumpers had incorrect body position that resulted in twisted risers thus no control of decent. Jump Master did not control static lines, jumpers were throwing them at him. Hopefully nobody got hurt on this operation.
Hey Id like to talk to you about this, cause im in jump school right now, cause I noticed that too they were WAYYYY to close for comfort and thats one of the things the sgt airbornes were teaching us, well if you can contact me on here. thanks in advance

Holy crap! Those were the worst exits I have ever seen. That can't be an infantry unit in the 82nd. It must Div HQ or the Med Battalion.
