  • who is the director of this band and how can you get in contact with them

  • @deceptive187 The Director back then was Mr. Ty Brown. There is a new director there now. Current director is Antonio Thompson. You can find them on Face book under The Brooklyn Steppers

  • i agree with everybody else too but... that ish went ham hahahaha

  • yea its good just need to work on the balance.. make sure some sections are not overpowerin each other.. good job

  • one of the trumpet got up there and stayed up there

  • when can we be honored with your great sound and style? we here in DC will welcome REDHOOKS finest and friends for a weekend of great music and showmanship to pay respect to the late great Duke Ellington washinton DC"s own. contact us to let us know when we can host you here

  • Nah brooklyn steppers is a community band

they have a lot of talent in their brass section i just hope they are developing it in the right way.

  • this sounds a mess. it's so not clean

  • is this a high school band or juss kids from everywhere

  • kids from everywhere can't tell if they have ringers or not but hey...

  • they are a community band

  • Brass killed the tubas. the band plays into the tubas not the other way around.

Was their even any percussion there? it all sounded kinda brassy i gotta watch it again to tell...

  • i noticed dat 2...i was tryna hear sum woodwinds but dey was hella M.I.A. in dat mug

  • sounds awesome. thatr must be a school that focuses on performing arts?

  • sucked

  • Its all a bit brash isn't it?

  • SMB knows how to blend and balance Listen really gud

  • Yall "REALLY" need to work on blend and balance because i cant even hear the trumpets melody only when they scream in the begging and the end of the song.

  • If u listin.. All Brass play certain parts of the melondies as counter melondies... Trumpets plays "Hes a Cold Hearted Snake" then bus in to Chords...... Listen before you judge...

  • Damn you dont have to get so offended. I mean it is America and i have the right to my own opinion. Like i said work on blend and balance because lower brass is over powering the trumpets.

  • i wasnt getting offended. just have to listen... and u gota realize its in a gym. so all high register sounds will be thiner than low register sounds

  • Short version of Cold Hearted Snake

  • Yall sound Good

    i cant wait

  • i ain't gon' lie, I love ya'll band.
