Boy, those Pencil tips give off one hell of a good nickel signal. I dug about 17 of them last week in one hour. Filthy buggers.

How do you clean the coins?

@dontmesswithnature In a cheapie rock tumbler with water and a little dish soap. An hour and a half is usually long enough to clean them up enough to put back into circulation.  HH!

Hey Chaos, thanks for watching and subscribing! The ACE 250 (aka the yellow fellow) does fine for me. It's paid for itself a couple times over in less than a year so I am fine with it.

Always subscribe to an Ace owner..... I totally love them, got two now, the Mrs' likes to beep aswell. The pro pointer is the best you can get in my opinion.

@VmaxChaos i use the Ace 150, and I have seen no reason to upgrade to a higher machine. It does the job perfectly!

More battery money. You popping the coin's in a tumbler for about an hour really knock's off the surface crud. Your roundup is always cool. Oh, you were still digging coin spills, those are nice. Nice hunt.
