  • hahahahahaa

  • Wow he's fast I admit that and I'm one of the fastest on my team and never get burnt.

  • @0:42

    high-five before the endzone. lol

  • mannnn...I knew Eric berry BEFORE the Nfl. Im a die hard UT fan. All Ut Alums.

Life is orange and white baby.

  • Micheal Vick?

  • @killl500 i was just about to say that..

  • Eric Berry, epic rookie year at Safety!

  • dang hes good i like the play on 0:22 and hes a cornerback!

  • 0:26 ....... number 57 hes all like i got him i got him .... number fifty eights like no u dont (CRACK)!!!!! LOL

  • Does anybody notice the title fail?

  • @LiLMrNiNTENDO there is no title fail, he is saying that the great high school qb is the #1 recruit for cornerback. cuz he is better at corner.

  • @LiLMrNiNTENDO Not really when he was rated the top CORNERBACK recruit by pretty much every recruiting agency, and 3rd overall in the nation.

  • That team relied too much on their passing game. You need a strong ground attack, man.

  • 4 years later and he's An All-Star Safety

  • @DukePunk16 more like Basketball: more skill than football a little speed and vertical

Football: some skill but more on speed strength and toughness

  • @Kongy2012 I like Playing Basketball More, But I think Football is the better team sport.. It Requires More TeamWork and stuff. In basketball You can Have someone Score 40 Points and carry the whole team pretty much, In Football Everyone has to chip in.

  • @DukePunk16 Yeah thats really what i was thinkin too

  • hahahaha this my high school hes killing!

  • @pcscarbrough lovejoy?

  • qb u meen running back niggas to nice

  • Does He Throw? O.o

  • @matheinazman He throws, blocks, kicks, and punts... at least that is what I remember him doing from that game

  • @matheinazman does he need to throw if he can run like that?

  • @matheinazman I was thinking the same thing!

  • @matheinazman

Doesn't matter he plays safety in the NFL now! lol

  • Color me confused, but if people take 1:20 seconds to watch this video, WHY WHY WHY do they not spend 5 more seconds to read the year it was uploaded and the NAME of the player?! If you don't bother to see who this kid is, why watch the video?! And when you find out WHO this kid is, why make idiotic comments about him being "nothing special"?! And if you don't know who ERIC FREAKING BERRY is you shouldn't be allowed to watch football highlights in the first place. GO VOLS! GO CHIEFS!

  • Best players on the field are usually great all-around athletes: quarterback, strong safety.

  • guys this is eric berry the safety for the chiefs

  • i love him. lol

  • y all the top recruits are QBs and ATHs

  • He probably really sucks at passing the ball

  • Amazing player.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • this looks like late college or early nfl

  • Now he's a Pro Bowl Safety.

  • mike vick

  • i was on the sidelines this game but played kick off team. i got to be in on a tackle on berry! no joke

  • @yejibbles i call bullshit

  • @Gasp2468 Starr's Mill High School vs. Creekside High School. I was a sophomore and played kick off team and was in on a tackle when he was returning. No bullshit.

  • this guy is good, fast, and strong, but he does get a lot of good blocks made for him

  • i like that block at 0:27 haha it made my day:D

  • This kid really has some wheels. Great QB. Check out my vid if you are looking for an overlooked QB to recruit.

  • did he pass at all in that game he got lik 4 td

  • Two words....bad tackling

  • Why is this all against one team?

  • i'd say he payed off pretty damn well :)

  • Well.. He became safety after all.

  • I rember this game like Yesterday man!!!

  • Hey, ever heard of throwing the ball?

  • that is a running back

  • @4evakilla4 prove it

  • anybody notice the block at 0:27?

  • @pakukon how could you not lol

  • @pakukon You took the words out of my mouth!

  • Go Chiefs!!!!! all they gotta do know is get a QB that can throw it farther than 10 yards without throwing an interception and they might win a playoff game.

  • WDDF, thats not a human thats a machine. He makes changing direction ur going while running at the speed seem so easy.

  • wow

  • this shouldnt be a quarterback this should be a runningback

  • @baseballrocks47 They are running the triple option, of course he should be the quarterback

  • aaaand now hes a pro bowler

  • Eric Berry: Why throw to a guy, you can just out run?

  • this is eric berry and he was a beast at tennesee and now he plays for the chiefs

  • thats what happens when ur black

  • @famamalik no thats wat happens when when you got that wood......

  • If anybody didnt know its eric berry...look where he is now

  • thats a qb

  • this is stupid cause all he does is run

  • how can he still out run everone with BOTH hands on the ball

  • we had a running back like this in high school and our offensive line hated it because u cant block for a runner like this. granted he made some great plays but when hes suppose to be at point a and hes at the other side of the field u cant block for him it sux.. o well this guy is fast and can get out of tackles props to him

  • he is a quarterback not cornerback

  • you know the quarter back has recivers........1. he chose not to throw it to them

2.he cant run all the time

  • @baldwin1203 1. These were only his plays of running the football.

    2. They wanted to show his speed.

    3. Stop being a hater

  • wow its eric berry

  • @powerkirk21 you're a fucking bitch

  • @tehvaonmas i was saying it like wow like everyone dosent no who dat is

  • @tehvaonmas bitch i new it was him dumb ass im just sayin da coudlve said his name daaaa smh

  • @powerkirk21 hey hey fuck you

  • now he's in the nfl

  • nigga heard sirens

  • ok dude is fast...but he is a Q* not an RB so y r all his highlights QB keeps?

  • y all askin if dats him who play fo da chiefs...ASSHOLES

  • cheifs made a good choice in signing this guy

  • of corce has black....

  • at :29 thats fucking great team work

  • @fullystrapped777 yes this is Eric Berry who currently plays for the KC Chiefs. This is his high School highlights from 4 years ago.

  • one QB the next mike vick

  • we got a good safety/cb look him up jay elias smiths station

  • Thats creekside in georgia and thats Eric berry qb/db/cb

  • @ everybody who keeps saying he's "gonna do good" it's Eric Fucking Berry he was a top 5 pick in the draft this year and is playing LIGHTS OUT...look at the date of the video you dumbasses (january 2007) meaning these are highlights of his senior year in HS in 06...Also to the other idiots, he played both ways in HS, alot of people do, I did. Plus QBs do run, not so much in the NFL but in HS and college its common, Cam Newton had 1400 yards this year running the ball....so go die you retards

  • @boch32 is he the one thats playing with the chiefs right now?

  • ball hogger.

  • This dude will be the next Antwaan Randel El. Nothing great.

  • @DJSANTA5

eric berry? he was a safety for tennessee and about got the heizman last year. now he plays safty for the cheifs. dudes a beast.

  • @RexlsSex

I see what you're saying, but Eric Berry was a couple thousands votes away from beating out Ingram and winning the Heisman. Not that he isn't talented, but he didn't "about get" the Heisman; he wasn't in the top 10 when they released the final totals.

  • @RexlsSex he got the heisman wat year 08 09

  • I should probably add this is money paid out last year thats in there pocket not just a figure on a piece of paper that some players will never see. Im not saying that O line isnt important but if You have a good O line and a bad QB all i can say is better luck next year.

  • @PJuicee yes a good QB is important but when he gets 4 seconds to throw every play and they get no yards on running he is going to be hit. A lot.

  • #1 Eli Manning $39.9 million #2 Terrell Suggs $38.3 million

    #3 Julius Peppers $31 million# 4 Philip Rivers $32.1 million

#5 Albert Haynesworth $27.3 million #6 Demarcus Ware $26.7 million #7 Peyton Manning $24.8 million #8 Jake Delhomme $22.4 million #9 Matthew Stafford $21.4 million #10 DeAngelo Hall $20.8 million. The highest paid players of last year without the new even higher paid QBs this year like tom bradys 72 million dollar deal. comon csmall learn some facts part time fan. not 1 OT

  • anybody else notice he didnt throw 1 pass? :/

  • OUr quarterback has been the best athlete 4 different year with 4 different players they just are usually the fastest and most athletic in highschool, usually but not always

  • i rember this game people painted on there selves saying who is eric berry and another was We hate Eric Berry but he showed out that game and they couldnt help but to respect him

  • Oh yea, I remember this game. I saw it when it first air on css. Eric was dominating the whole game and making it look easy. He got a pick for a touchdown too. It was obvious that he would go pro.(starts early) He played Cb and Qb back then..I was suprised that he ended up playing SS, instead of CB..

  • Chiefs :'D

we got so lucky to draft this guy.

  • lmao, 0:35 fail defense xD

  • Best defensive rookie after Ndamukong Suh.

  • i dunno who you guys are talking trash but this is the ERIC BERRY

  • at :45 highfive

  • 0:29 omg! BRUTAL block! That #57 in black got absolutely demolished! Bet he felt like a BITCH!

  • @SexSteakSoda YEAH! you just saved me a whole sentence.

  • hahaha 1:44 highfive

  • i think putting someone like this at quarterback is a waste of talent you need to put him at running back or something

  • @csmall1221 how is is a waste of talent putting your best player on the field to play the most important position so he can get the ball every snap?

  • @brasildiogo93 no you dumb ass because if your the quarterback the play isnt goin to you every play yeah maybe for the blink of an eye but after that he dosnt have it anymore and thats not the most important position the lineman are most important

  • @csmall1221 are you fucking retarted? QBs have a chance to make a play every snap, thats why in high school your best athlete is usually your QB, unless they really cant throw the ball.

  • @csmall1221 theres not a most important position at all DUMB ASS every position is just as important as the other

  • @cdyspires yea your right but lets see your quarterback make a play when his lineman all lay on the ground its about to be nasty for him

  • @csmall1221 You really are an idiot first off im sure his offensive coordinater made the offense revolve around him so he probably ran the ball alot as a quarterback and second how are you going to say quarterback isnt the most important position, do you even know football? thats the highest paid position in the nfl...wow your such an idiot im not even going to reply back to whatever dumbass reply you have

  • @csmall1221 no actually the offensive tackle is the highest paid posistion learn YOU need to learn football son look it up

  • @csmall1221 Wow i can easily tell you never played highschool football, This isnt the NFL you idiot its highschool football i guarantee you he didnt throw the ball more then 15 times in a game and was the ball carrier 9/10 times, and i agree with you that the lineman is an important postion (specifically left tackle) but then answer this question, Why is a the quarterback the highest payed position in the league?

  • @brasildiogo93 actually im a freshman right now for the LHS tigers in lexington tennesse so yeah i do and i guess the quarter back is very important but im just saying the lineman without them they are nothing so im not tryin to start shit just getting my point across

  • @csmall1221 Oh yeah its straight, i like a good argument about football..i just finished up my last season for OHHS in south florida

  • last time i checked, the running back runs with the ball, and the QB throws..... huh

  • @imoutofnames1993 its called the triple option

  • 0:37 Did u see that. He used the force to stiff arm him!

  • @TheBestBarry lol

  • @TheBestBarry 0:28 oooh did you see that block

  • @TheBestBarry

that some crazy shit. he didnt even touch him

  • Great, so now you have to worry about just about every injury in the book... He will get injured within 2 years of NFL if he even goes that far.

  • @PowerHeal he starts for the Kansas City Chiefs and was picked #5 in the nfl draft

  • @PowerHeal hes a rookie in the nfl right now dumbass and hes doing great

  • he gave him a high five before he scored

  • i love american high school football, here in canada, it's nothing for us... =(

  • Can he throw??

  • might as well just played runningback.!

  • thats not a qb, thats a rb.

  • @knightwazhere Thats anot a rb thats a Saftey/CB.

  • holy shit he is fast

  • and he gets drafted as a safety lol

  • @EfEdHhH You don't draft poeple out of highschool you dumbass, you recruit.

  • @yourmom794 are you fucking retarded? When did I say you draft people out of HS? I was simply saying he is now playing safety in the NFL. Kepe your mouth shut if you can't read

  • Monrovia High Schools Qb is way better NICK BUENO is awesome

  • nice block at 29

  • Well this video was taken at my former High school and I was in the stands watching this game....it was televised throughout the south. He was their starting QB, cornerback, and kick returner. You don't see him throwing in this video because he didn't really have to....although he did have a 60 yard touchdown pass the third play of the game. We ended up losing 28-21....Eric scored all 4 of their touchdowns....one pass, one rushing, a kick return, and an interception return

  • i HATE how somebody could be ranked #1 at a position before they even played it full time. that is bull shit

  • @tqdvorak he did play corner full time in high school. hes fucking eric berry! number 1 corner through out college and the #5 overall pick in the nfl draft. do some research before u start hating!

  • @crw2424 oh yeah thats why the title of the video says the #1 cornerback recruit is a high school QUARTERBACK! and did you watch the video? i didnt know that DB's took the snap from center. that is not full time CB. so shut up

  • @tqdvorak ur a fucking idiot! he can play fulltime CB and QB. stop trying to talk bout something u know nothing about retard!

  • @crw2424 then why would they say he is QB in the title? they didnt mention that he was a CB

  • @tqdvorak did u miss the first two words in the title?? #1 Cornerback...

  • @crw2424 If he played quarterback and cornerback FULLtime, that means he would be on the field all damn game, with the exception for special teams. No one does that anymore, not even in high school. Sometimes an defensive player will fill in on offensive, like CB will play some reps as a WR. Its obvious that you havent played competitive football, if you honestly believe Eric Berry played QB and CB fulltime. Fucking douchebag.

  • @SexSteakSoda um u obviously didnt play high school football then cuz pretty everyone plays both offense and defense in high. but nice try and good job making yourself look like the douchebag

  • @SexSteakSoda dont mean to start a argument but i play high school football and theres one guy on our team who plays full back defensive end and blocking on very special team :P so yea they do still do that he dosent rest games

  • @crw2424 he plays QB in the highlights Dumbfuck.

  • @tqdvorak just cuz hes playing QB doesnt mean he didnt play CB u fucking idiot...please shut up cuz u have no idea what ur talking bout. thanks nice try ;)

  • Beth thanks for that recreuiting tip...are you aware that Eric Berry is a Professional Football Player?...what I think they were doing was comparing Armon Owens to Eric Berry...and that is good thing...Eric Berry is stand up guy and a great player. Armon Owens is the guy to watch in 2011....once again great tip I will share Armon Owens youtube Video...

  • I like this kid...but I love ARMON OWENS YOU TUBE VIDEO MORE!!...he flip this kid with one touch!! I watch him play last year in football and Track the kid is Bad! I want to see more and he is soooooooooo cute :-) This kid is good...I know he will make it to the pros!

  • now he's in the pros about to ball at safety!

  • i saw at least two plays that were the exactly the same but from different angles...why try to make it look different?

  • @itsallaboutdetroit he is eric berry he got drafted by the kc chiefs

  • PEOPLE stop saying hes gonna do good at the collegiate level, he already did, and is in the nfl :)

  • @P4T1L33 who is he

  • evan gon be good just like by the time he get to the 10 grade him and eric gon be the same speed

  • i played against him in soccer the other night just for fun. he's humble and, as you can see, incredibly gifted. He'll be an all-time great for sure!

  • he should be a runningback

  • damm man they HITIN out in dat field

  • Eric is probably the most natural genetic DB ever. The next great NFL safety. I can wait to watch his brothers. Evan just ran a 4.43 and Elliot ran a 4.46 and they are just going into 9th grade.

  • This is not unusual. passing schemes in highschool football are really basic.

Unless you just have a blue chip stud at QB that can really throw it, most highschool teams put their best overall athlete at QB, so he can have the ball in his hands as much as possible.

  • Eric berry, lol was a QB?!? that muhfucka was a BEAST in the secondary...the next coming of Ed Reed? i dunno, maybe

  • stars mill sucks

  • he's run first throw second which is a terrible thing........hes elusive tho

  • hes not rly a qb.. they just put him there cuz he could run..
