@critchley3819 this is part of a longer piece we are editing about the sightings in D.C., but we wanted to cut this special edit of Howard's interview out of respect for him. Howard passed away just a couple of months after we met with him. We have great admiration for him and his family, and wanted to dedicate something to him -- therefore this highlight focused only on his contribution to our production.
