Options > Gameboy > Colours...

then in Background use these colours in this order: White, Dark Blue, Lighter Blue, Black.

Clefairy learns sing level 13, doubleslap level 18, Minimize level 24, metronome level 31, defense curl level 39, and light screen level 48. There is nothing special here and it is best to just teach Clefable a bunch of good Tm's like body slam, substitute, thunder wave, seismic toss, toxic, and maybe even rest.
