Shoulder stability taping 2

i recently dislocated my shoulder... Is this a technique that is recommended to be applyed before sports to help a shoulder dislocation from reoccuring?  Can these materials be purchased from a chemist? Thanks

@345jules yeh mate you can buy it from a pharmacist, make sure u get the 50mm tape, its usually around $11 from a pharmacy
