Alright so you did a very good job with the anatomy. a lot of artists i see do not have a good grasp on it, and you clearly do. the background, colors, an lighting is also quite beautiful. the only one thing i noticed (because i'm a stickler for details) is that the blood splash is a bit unnatural. while it's flashy and marvelous, it isn't exactly realistic. Just suggestions,

I have to say, I'm quite impressed. The designs of the wolves are very creative. The anatomy is spot on, your style is detailed and dynamic, it's all extremely beautiful. Though, the blue wolf apears to be smiling. When I draw a wolf in pain I always curved the lip down a bit so it won't look like he's happy. Other than that, the faces of the wolf convey much emotion. I'm in love with the coloring of the drawing. The contrast and darkness of it all with the glow of the purple lightning. Gorgeous

I posted another comment, but it seems to have disappeared, so I will try to recreate it. The picture looks really good, and I just love the light, but the blood looks a bit unnatural. It the wolf to the right charged towards the one at the left, pushing it backwards, then the blood would remain in the air at about the same position of where the impact occurred and thus looking like it was hurled to the right, not the left.

It's a piece of cake, Just make a new layer under the lineart with black, dark blue or something else, drag down opacity a bit, about 40~60% is good. Then, just use the free marker tool to mark out where you want the shadow to dissapear. When done, just click delete button.
