@joshanddrake you can actually get it online pretty good.just look up 550 paracord on google and a bunch of sites pop up.i can give u the place i got mine from if u want,i forgot it right now.its like 100 ft for 7 bucks (without shipping) or 1000 ft for like 48 bucks.u can choose a crapload of different colors

No I did not make that up. And if you tie it with a noose which is illustrated in this video. A blood knot (which is what he calls it) is a heck of a lot different!

I normally do 13 wraps like a noose. That's what this is just no neck in the loop its a knife or key chain.

I just made a neck lanyard using your method with the plastic end. worked out great ...so thanks for that man! :o) I also took the plastic sheath for the 740 mora and cut off the belt loop extention and filed and sanded it real nice, making it look more like a neck knife sheath!
