Why is this so great? Average song, weak vocal, and seems so self-absorbed & full of ego (you can see it in her eyes & glances at the crowd, and her ah shucks shrug). Taylor makes ok pop songs but they all have the 3 chord changes (and her fingers never really move live - fake).. when you compare the diverse, quality song arrangements of Keith or Carrie it pains me to think of all the undeserved awards TS has won - I don't hate her but its embarrassing the industry keeps falling for this.

@morgan101967 First, this song is in the biggest selling album of '10 and '11 and it's really good and bittersweet, while also describing her own personal relationship. Her vocal might have been weak but it was an exception, very singer has bad days, and at least she doesn't lip sync like most artists today. Also, I love Carrie Underwood, but she only has voice, she doesn't write any songs and lacks guitar playing abilities. Ps: how many Grammy awards for best album does Keith and Carrie Have?

@viniciusbfonseca You are incorrect - Carrie has the best voice AND she co-writes most of her songs.. in fact she co-wrote her last six (6) #1 songs! No one ever mentoins Carrie writes, but I believe that her "So Small", "Temporary Home" or "Cowboy Casanova" are stronger songs than Taylor's (e.g."Fifteen", "Love Story"). Carrie plays guitar & piano in concert, plus doesn't need to hair flip or shake hips seductively - I was shocked how much TS shook her butt last night as she's a role model.

Plus, she co-wrote the Narnia song which secured a Golden Globe nom - again, Carrie is a talented songwriter and her many BMI awards prove that. You are right, Carrie does shake her butt a bit, but Taylor's sexy hip shaking on the CMAs was over the top IMO since she a role model to young girls. I think tweens experience her music, but adults think its very repetive and simplistic.
