No, that's not tap dancing....That is hand clapping or off beat hand clapping. Most commonly associated in what they called back then, "The Sanctified Church" It can sound like tap dancing though but as you know back in day all we had in the Holiness Church was fast hand claps, tambourines and wash/scrub boards. But all in all good posting. Be bless
