I am 35 yr old professional musician...very much interested in Acupuncture. Was wondering if you could tell me a little bit about your experience of Acupuncture training...or, if you know of a publication, website, etc..that might provide some insight with regards to the training experience etc. The reason I ask is my concern for the training being so demanding that my music will suffer. Thank You Dr. Bao !!!
Ever try nonphysical acupuncture? Then again what is physical and what is not? So sad to me how our... the USA educational system systematically limits it's youth. Which is why I failed their so called system of education and re-educated myself through higher sources of being.
Hey, I am also studying acupuncture and Chinese medicine from my shifu in Wudangshan. However I am far away from being ready to treat people in a hospital. Very nice personal video!
Hi Al. Thanks for the nice comment. Sorry for the late reply...we've been moving the family to for the past two weeks. We're on the sunny beach of Sanya, Hainan right now, then off to Canada at the end of the month.
Haha. What a fun little video. Acupuncture is so fascinating. One question: Why did that women lying on the bed have like 20 needles in her HEAD. Ouch! Doesn't that hurt?!
Hi danielecotton1. One of the reasons was because she was having trouble sleeping at night. And no, it doesn't hurt at all...if done properly. See AlJSimon's comment above for the additional 'side benefits' :)
I admire your lifestyle, and I enjoy Chen Taiji!
Peace and many more blessings!

Great video, Dr. Pauline. These videos show a playful side along with your serious practice - really enjoyable!
danielecotton1 :I've had cranial acupuncture. Far from hurting, it was extremely relaxing. Very pleasant, with a slight endorphin-type rush.
