My hair is 100% like 1:27 but all i do is wet my hair till its damp scrunch it with a towle then like when its medium damp i'll just scrunch it by hand and when it looks right i'll just leave it till it drys WITH OUT A HAIR DRYER lol and then it looks this way infact its identical.
