I remember you did a video in which you mentioned getting burned by a hot water bottle and have heard some people with severe ME find wheatbags safer for keeping warm than bottles. Sorry it's not much comfort as you clearly have to go through a lot but I hope you one day find something that helps.

There but for the grace... I spent the first few years like you are now. I am one of the lucky ones - I improved to the point where I can sit here an type this. I look at sophia Mirza and I think - there but for the grace...
