Absolutely no way.

Warrs/palas can only do this because they avoid around 100% of the non-elite's attacks, which requires block (and a good block value); plus, of course, the trinket, which gives 100% HP every 2 mins.

A druid would die in about 30 seconds.

Nope, as he said. the Block Trinket off the last boss in Shattered Halls and the bubble you can see is the two piece set bonus from Warrior Tier 4. Chance on parry to give you a shield absorbing 200 damage. Obviously the dodge, parry, block chance is more significant on level 60 raptors, allowing alot of health regen from trinket and a signifcantly higher chance of the bubble proc due to the increased chance to parry.

its the tier 4 set bonus if i remember corect ,,, when you dodge u heal (:  and a lvl 70 Easely dodge lvl 60 mobs,, thats why Panther boss is solo able , cause he dodges so many panther hits * u see the spam "heal" *
