no, they won't be getting a new member. Anyway, after the tour, it is still undecided whether they will continue producing as x-japan. Toshi have a solo concert to host too, with help musical helps from other bands. And none, they didn't went on a hiatus in 1997, they really broke up. and there are plans to revive it on 2000, but it was never fulfilled, due to hide death.

few concerts were held since then,and on November 22 there will be another one in Paris.

hide (hee-day) is the deceased member. He was the lead guitarist,but he isn't replaced. They may recruit a new member,but no one will ever replace hide,for he was is and will remain the best :)
