Much of a band's success has to do with sound overall and image. As far as difficulty PLAYING or reproducing a song or sound...the Stones would be MUCH easier to cover than Boston. ( how many bands cover " Foreplay/Longtime" as compared to " Start Me Up" and "Jumpin Jack Flash"? Take nothing from either band;both are outstanding in their own way.
