@34slayer Well I can't really tell unless I actually do a body analysis. But don't worry about weight; if you are in shape and you look good, then weight is normally just a number that doesn’t mean much.

@Prozank Search my website or Channel for shoulder or home workouts and you will find some workouts where you dont need dumbbells or bands. In fact You can do this with a normal shopping bag full of sand if you have to.
Sorry But i don't think i have enough power to do excersise 1. i do about 7 times i suffered

I have always done the exercises for my chest, but they do not get out Just get hard and looks into a board.
