  • @hologramix1 Well that is becuase it is not BIG enought and getting bigger chest muscles come from training it correctly and eating right so that you build muscle.

  • hey man im 13 im 5''8 and i currently weigh 185 but i workout everyday and i eat healthy and i am very active yeah i have some fat but i barleylook 185 ilook more like 150 i dont know if its beacause im big boned i was wondering if you can tell me

  • @34slayer Well I can't really tell unless I actually do a body analysis. But don't worry about weight; if you are in shape and you look good, then weight is normally just a number that doesn’t mean much.

  • I have a question.. i've been working out for 1 year but I haven't gained any weight.. Doing all sorts of different workouts.. now I dont take protein shakes ... but according to my doctor he says i have an unusual fast metabolism ...Ever since i was small i was always skinny.. the only thing i benefit is having defined abs but i want biceps, chest, and triceps the most... any suggestion on what i can do to gain weight.. ..I'm asian 5"6 1/2 114 lbs if that helps.. thanks morice.

  • @Prozank Search my website or Channel for shoulder or home workouts and you will find some workouts where you dont need dumbbells or bands. In fact You can do this with a normal shopping bag full of sand if you have to.
