I like that your process comments on awareness of particular states. Very affirming and validating that the effects replicated by another's. Feeling that this is shared knowlege, goes a long way to help normalize what has been happening. Otherwise I might see it as illness rather than wellness.
Yes I agree... One of my symptoms is a memory problem! I do something mundane then not even a couple minutes later I forgot if I had done it already!!! It's so crazy...it must be my brain in both the new and old world...
Fear Not! In the manifestation stage the first thing we create is what we fear. It will then destroy you. so fear not! Gai rage. The Chi, the life force that is in everything is increasing, and people dont know what to do with the excess energy, and it is causing rage, anger, release it, clear it. Understanding it, and identifying it allows you the ability to stop, and take a step back. Also Wu Wei, Do by not doing. allow, Be still and know that I am the Lord God Simply connect, eliminate ego
@underwaterlady that's very sweet of you thanks. I've been bald for years and recently got the hair from George Bushes Dog Fleabus. I didn't think it would work at first due to the fact Fleabus had a 9ft afro which was pink. But thanks again for the encouragement.
