dude i was thinkin the same thing. when he first started i was like ok this is a max, then he does it like 4 fuckin times n it looked like he coulda squeezed another one out. i was like i cant believe what im seeing.
I would love to train in a gym like that. Those are some intense dudes. The gym i go to is more like a "fitness center" I ome out of the loker room wearing a bench shirt or a squat suite and these pussies look at me like i'm fom another planet.
Great lifters, Best equipment, Innovative and proven methods... kinda HEAVEN for powerlifter. We Japanese lifters have none of them. Is the gym only for EliteFTS lifters only or anyone who is membership can train there?

Brothers i got a question,can sum1 plz help me out...
I did my first eva dead lift 2 days ago and i was deadlifting 80kg's 5 reps and thats after i warmd up... the next day i had crazy back pain.. n same wif the day after.. what do u think i did wrong?.. my form was verry good, i wasnt weraring a belt 2... plz help... its on the left n right side of my lower spine.. i cant really tell if its the bone or sumfen els.. thanks alot guys..
i have one thing that i can think you did wrong, but to fully know if im correct, i simply have a few questions for you: how much have you done for your lower back and legs prior to doing the dead lift? i know you said you have been working out for a year, but you might not have done enough
hey 06lukasz. just in case nobody's replied to your msg yet what he's doing is floor pressing a fat bar to strengthen grip and the chain are to increase the difficulty of stabilizing the bar to decrease the difficulty of stabilizing the bar in meets. make sense?
1:15 he's pretty big lol tell me that's the result of deads and i'm doing nothing but :-)
