The WWE (Smackdown) World Heavyweight Championship, and the NWA/TNA World Heavyweight Championship. That means RVD was a Double World Champion, not Undisputed. If you even consider the WWECW belt a world title, that is.

And that's what killed the return of ECW and will kill NXT sooner or later. The lack of quality in matchmaking and storylines does not do good for the shows. If it had been treated like a third big show, on par with RAW and SD, it could have succeeded. But alas, it was not meant to be.
