  • THE 90S!!!

  • The fact that this video is super pixelated just enhances the effect.

  • anyone that doesn't have a sense of humour would do well to commit suicide. Not pathetic pill swallowing,I'm talkin" full on Cobainin' themselves.

  • Just. Fuck. Right. Off.

  • Los papas de daft punk

  • I wonder what Bob Moog thought of these guys?

  • pointless XD

  • F*cking brilliant...

  • im not sure whether to be happy or ashamed..

  • Women had really pointed tits in these days

  • Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant.

  • NEEEERRRRRRDDDDDDSSSSS!!!!!! ;)

  • oh my....

  • This is space Muzak! The kind of song you hear while riding a hovertronic electroplasmic ethero-transporter, all the way up to the 42nd floor.

  • Epic fake beard :oD

  • spot on

  • I do believe I never have to listen to another piece of music ever again.

  • Possibly their best track.

  • Yet another reason why Roger Manning was the greatest musical genius of the 90s.

  • This is my alarm clock on my phone every day... I think it has caused long term psychological damage :(

  • @freestylefurby lmfao!wtf?!

  • @freestylefurby By psychological damage you mean awesomeness right ?

  • You got CHRISROLLED

  • pedobear @ 1:33

  • this is great! ahahaha...

  • bring back VIVA ZWEI!!!!

  • Super awesome!

  • @harmony000 wrong answer. (points gun)

  • Much better than Soundgarden!

  • omg amazing......

  • If anyone ever needed to be Mooged it was Soundgarden, priceless!

  • Its absolute vapidness is somewhat inspiring i.e don't ever play this crappy sounding instrument!!!

  • @OlymPigs2010 moogs "crappy sounding"? no.

  • Not The Spotniks... just an incredible simulation.

  • Nice music for my friendly little shopping mall.

  • ...it...it sounds...evilll.... (cringe)

  • I always get a kick out of this track from the first MC record. It reminds me of exactly what it should, campy home organ renditions of pop tunes. Except these are more electronica of hard rock/alternative tunes. People who know the originals shouldn't take these versions seriously.

  • lol i have this as my wake up alarm haha

  • This is the shittiest thing ive ever seen on youtube. An absolute waste of time. Props for using moog tho! ^^

  • you like incubus, this null and voids your opinion on all things musical.

  • i'm scared

  • Doesn't sound ANYTHING like the original version, but it's awesome! Moog synths rock!

  • @NuclearLullaby That seems to be the point, a hardly recognizable "cover".

  • space?

  • xD cudowne

  • Good if high

  • I'll take this over anything on the mainstream radio stations every day.

    Best cover EVER!!!!!!!

  • agreed.

  • these dudes are fuckin fresh

  • fuckin love it

  • why.......?

  • cause good music still exists in this world.

  • :-)))))))))

  • HAHAHA

  • A precursor to Daft Punk?

  • fucking hell HEAVY its like death metal

  • HEAVY

  • what the bleep is this about

  • This cover is just so cool! They do Soundgarden proud!

  • omg! How can something so cheesy sound so beautiful at the same time?! :D

  • The sheer power of Cheesiness :o)#

  • Reminds me of Chapi Chapo, haha.

  • GENIAL!!!!!

  • And of course the prescribed boiler suits and rubber gloves are all-present :o)#

  • Epic Cover!!!

  • I wish someone would upload a high-quality version of this.

  • Wow.... two Moog Liberation...

Very creative version and good musicians (the harmony and arrangement are quite impressive)

  • Sounds like there's a Farfisa Compact in there too; my Compact Duo sounds exactly like the organ in this awesome, brilliant track.

  • Just like an accident. Don't want to keep staring, but can't look away. Amazingly creative.

  • This is awesome, Cha Cha Sun!

  • NICE !

  • gotta love the old analogue Moog synth

  • Hilarious...

  • ES COMO VER A DAFT PUNK ANTIGUO =D

  • Its got a campy charm......

  • Even if you like the original rock song like I do.

  • I love it when the bear retreats at 3:13!

  • Is this Roger Manning Jnr from Jellyfish?

  • YE TIS

  • @davebest2001

Yes it is, but he doesn't want you to know about it. He's incognito..LOL!

  • kinda sounds like something like its from

    the mos eisley cantina

  • Bosa Nova ftw!

  • Oh, eff you. This is hilarious. It's rather clever. Anyone who doesn't like it is too young to appreciate the Moog.

  • yeah... 'solid fact'.....im proud to be the first person to call you a moron on behalf of chris cornell...the man who wrote it!!!

  • no laughing going on here. nope, none at all.

  • you thought I was serious??? Of course chris wrote it.

  • Moog Cookbook covered this on their album in 1995. (they also did a cover of Smells Like Teen Spirit). Soundgarden released it on Superunknown in 1994.

  • muaaahahahah!!!!

    hahaha! haha!

    Wait... are you serious?

You are either a very funny person or a moron.

Either way, you have made me laugh. Thanks.

  • People actually thought i was serious?

  • THIS VIDEO IS GENIUS!

  • Who are these guys?

I love it, it really grows on you.

Do they have any other work?

  • OMG!!!! Just 1 person mentions Jellyfish on this video thread. Yes, one 1/2 of the MoogCookbook is Roger Joseph Manning Jr. formerly of Jellyfish. Guess the space suits really do work.

  • sounds like magnetic fields the las rumba

  • PURE cheese, but kinda catchy and upbeat

  • WTF!!!!!!

  • I'll bet John Linnell loves this band.

  • Good as hell!

  • Soundgarden just have been owned :)

  • I will rest well when Chris Cornel views this video for himself.

  • I doubt he ever will. He probably too busy licking Timbaland's ass. What happened to the bad-ass guy who sang songs like this? Now he's just a washed-up sell out IMHO.

  • sounds like steely dan

  • Was this filmed on Princeton University at the Woodrow Wilson building?

  • Filmed at Mutato Muzika (Sunset Blvd.), Hans Zimmer Studio and Pacific Design Center. (and Brian's apartment).

  • I get that moog cookbook is a Synth cover band...

But are they a lounge act or something? Im diggin the song but its got a Polka swing or something...

  • hold, i think it's made as sort of a joke, mate.

  • Joe Meek would have loved this. After taking LSD, that is.

  • Dr. Who and the Synth attack? :o)#

  • Ah, Geez,,Man...Ya GOTTA realize they are doing this at least PARTially tongue-in-cheek..I think this is pretty funny. BTB..isn't this Roger Manning from JELLYFISH??

  • @timjmoran : Yes, tis RJMJ of JF!

  • hehe even better than the original ! i think its up there with sir christopher scott and bruce hack ! gotta get my hands on this album, anyone know what label its on ?

  • I wonder if the mini-moog overheated recording this. They must have used alot of electronic rated coolant.

  • is this whats left of space music or something?

  • Now I know where TopGear got the insperation for The Stig.

  • Fondly remembered by me for the Radcliffe and Maconie show on radio 2...they used to use it as one of their themes
