I don't trust food anymore. I'm going to go raise my own cows, chickens, etc. so I know that they're actually 100% meat. Fuck, even the chicken fillet used for chicken chops and so on can even be not genuinely entirely meat.

The USA food industry is just as bad and they are trying to advertise the older better ways of doing things with marketing terms such as organic, free range, cage free and all that other bull crap. The major food industries are just out to make their favorite food: Money.

This is why we should all grow our own fruit and veg in our gardens and get any meat/poultry eggs etc from local farms.

Does anyone know if it would be cheaper to do this than to just do a weekly shop from say Asda for a family of four?

how would you make home made bread with no mill?! home made meats with no place for beef or no money for beef!

well u dnt hav 2 grow your own veggies called a fresh green grocery. u dnt hav 2 buy your breads from the supermarket buy them from your bakery. You do not hav 2 buy your meats from a supermarket. Buy them from a trusted butcher. but if you want to buy the higher quality foods expect to pay a little more due to the fact its going to be more expensive.

It would be more expensive. The shops mass produce their foods and couldn't give a shit, that's why it's cheap. Whereas free range is more expensive to run. You pay for the quality.
