  • This is food I already eat mostly. Thanks. But isn't milk radiated? I wouldn't eat seafood either though. From the radiated sea.

  • Exactly, keep that in mind at this point!

Any naturally high in it also becomes contaminated at a higher rate as well. So go for things grown over HERE and not Japan or China for sure, in the USA and definitely not sea food caught in the Pacific ocean. Best bet is buy fresh foods.

    Good point!

  • Hello all. A quick word. Don't consume high iodine content food that is likely contaminated like for example MILK! Go with seaweed or nuts et cetera. Thanks for the video. Thanks for the warning about the worst case scenario!

    God speed everyone!

  • @ClearOutSamskaras True and at some point we should be concerned about seaweed and fish from the pacific, for obvious reasons.

We've been eating a lot of deviled eggs and strawberries, and going a little heavier than usual on iodized salt on everything as well as a few of the other items on this list...

    God bless.

  • MILK has been reported to be contaminated in some states, i threw mine out, great info i been eating many foods on your list for years. God Bless all

  • @kicktroolinface This is true, but very low levels and I'm wondering when the nuclear pacific fish will hit our grocery store shelves as well.

Buying frozen and canned foods *now* is the thing to do.

Of course this is about eating iodine rich foods now, not after the fact and of course putting some in storage.

Holding on to those iodide pills just in case the reactors actually "melt down" and we have to stay in doors though...

  • Folks, buy and eat these foods NOW not after the you see the proverbial mushroom cloud. If you wait until THEN all of these foods will CONTAIN radiation.

The goal is to boost your iodine levels NATURALLY with food, right now.

Buy these things now. Eat these things nows.

    Spread this information!

  • @vudumojo thank you so much for sharing my friend.

  • Thank you for this. Haddock is my favorite fish. I drink milk every day and I have iodine in pill and liquid form just in case.

  • @SEK4110 Sounds like you're on top of it friend.

Consider stocking up on your favorite fish now. I wonder how long it will take for the pacific radioactive fish to hit grocery store shelves, with "acceptable amounts of radiation" of course...

    God bless girl friend...

  • Wonderful information, Thanks

  • Thanks so much for this list. I was searching online for vitamins, etc to take and you have answered all of my questions.

We've got radiation in Vancouver, but the media is saying very little.

May God bless and help the Japanese people and others affected worldwide.

  • @hplaserjet2001 Amen, it's horrible.

Nuclear power wasn't such a good idea after all.

    Send this information out.

    Thank you

  • @vudumojo

    Try this again...

They knew it all along. Nuclear power is not worth the risk.

IMO, we all should sue (worldwide class action lawsuit) Tokyo power for what they have done.

  • @hplaserjet2001 GREAT idea.

If they were sued it would discourage every other corporation from being involved in nuclear power and we could bring it to an end.

IF the enough people would do it.

    Awesome idea.

  • @vudumojo Chlorella and spirulina are excellent sources for chlorophyll, a cleansing phytonutrient that cleans the blood, detoxifies the liver, and even helps detoxify the colon. This is a product that I have been using for some time now. I put it in my daily breakfast shake and I recommend it to others. Widely used in Japan, chlorella is touted as the supplement that can help remove or "detoxify" harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and pollutants from the body. :)

  • @vudumojo

Not sure how it would work, but it's worth a try.

I am furious that a nuclear plant on the 1000s of miles away affects so many worldwide.

  • @hplaserjet2001 I can definitely understand your outrage.

It's outrageous that our governments would allow these dangerous plants to be built.

They can claim ignorance but we know better.

It's our duty to...it's THE PEOPLE'S duty to make our governments do as we say, especially in America.

Will the people demand real change? Do they know what to change? ...and from what TO what?

    Has voting worked yet?

hmmn Let's pray, but it looks pretty grim doesn't it?

  • @vudumojo

Damn, it is pretty grim. The Japan nuclear disaster has disappeared from the news although the radiation will be with us forever.

People are asleep and have no clue.

  • @hplaserjet2001 Take care of yourself my friend. Avoiding it 100% is impossible but stay out of the rain and close car outside ventilation when driving in rain. Eat plenty iodine containing foods and pray!

Aren't those things still emitting radiation?

  • @vudumojo

    Thanks, you too.

I live in Vancouver and can't avoid the rain. What is strange is that prior to March 11, 2011, the weather forecast was for 90 days of rain. Usually, they are unable to accurately forecast the weather for more than two days and get it right.

We've been heavily chemtrailed since March 11, 2011.

  • @hplaserjet2001 it'll die down over the years :S

  • @crayzeesteve

    Thanks, but unfortunately it won't.

Depleted uranium is a radioactive element with a half-life of 4.5 billion years. Plutonium is the most toxic substance on earth, it is 1,000 times more toxic than depleted uranium. Plutonium was found at Fukushima along with depleted uranium.

  • @hplaserjet2001 ah shit, so whats the future holding then? ,:\

  • @crayzeesteve

We have it much better in North America than they do in Iraq.

The United States used depleted uranium and uranium 236 in its bombs in both wars in Iraq.

Since the 1991 Gulf War, Iraqi doctors report the number of malignant cancers increased 10 fold and 20 times more babies are born with congenital deformities (without heads, limbs, noses and eyes).

US soldiers were continuously exposed as they inhaled the contaminated air filled with radioactive dust.

  • You are a blessing.

  • @Jimvesterstallone Thanks Jim God bless you!

  • beside the fact that they allready have possibly nuclear exploded not hydrogen explosion////.....//// nuclear explosion says a top scientist ,, but cant confirm due to lack of isotope zenon 133 and zennon 133m and the ratio between determines the type of explosion that occured

  • @Steelfalcon22 Oh my God.

Well either way those things has been venting radiation every minute of every day for a solid month and they are only getting worse.

Let's hope for the best and prepare for the worst...and spread this information.

    Thanks

  • Thanks 4 the info! You are great keep up the good work, the news just stated that Japan is Officially just as bad if not worse than Chernobel.

  • @CJFRESHMAKER Thanks and thanks for the update. Please remind folks to eat iodine rich foods and be ready for some sort of fallout shelter even if it is just plastic, duct tape, food, water, trash bags and iodine.

Wish we had dug an in ground shelter now!

Thanks again and please spread the word.

    God bless

  • @vudumojo God Bless you too, God Bless us all! We need a miracle and to stay strong mentally and spiritually.

  • good work!!!

  • awesome info i willbe posting a link back from my blog!

  • @masterofmanythings Excellent. God bless

  • Thanks for the info - Ive shared and whacked it on FBi i mean Facebook :)

Many blesses and thanks for caring :):):)

  • @beecoz3001 Welcome and thank you for caring and for sharing as well !!!

    FBi hehehe

  • one already did explode and was in full melt down, dont believe what u hear on the mainstream media, the doses of radiation are much higher, and obama last week closed all the EPA monitoring stations, so there is only independent people doing work! wake up peeps this is worse than chernobyl! time is of an essence, hope u all are prepared for survival of the fittest!

  • @jbonethug99 I think you make valid point.

These things have been oozing radiation night and day 24 hours, every minute, every second of every day for a month, BUT it can get worse. We need to prepare right now both by eating more iodine containing foods and in fallout shelter. AT LEAST plastic and duct tape. 10$ at Wal Mart.

    Do it.

Food, water, iodine, garbage bags for human waste.

Don't freak out just calmly prepare.

There are 104 nuclear power plants in the USA. We should already prepare

  • @vudumojo and i do agree with you on the foods and the shelter. i myself have a low income, and its hard but i have some things put together with a bugout kit/bag......nothing extensive, if it gets real bad, there are some fallout shelters near where i live, although i dont know how many folks know about them, and i know they are not in operation and from the cold war era. i am just an average person like all of u trying to spread the info. knowledge is power, stay safe b ready 4 anything!

  • @jbonethug99 Good advice my friend b ready 4 anything.

Please tell others. Knowing is empowering indeed!

  • Good info thanks for sharing I will send this far and wide to people

  • @f328owner Good job my friend. Please do so and God bless you.
