@aryawipra If a merchant other than eBay (this doesn't work on eBay) offers PayPal as a form of payment that they accept, you can pay them via PayPal without having a PayPal account. You can just pay them via your debit or credit card via the method I show in the video.

@elchivista18 You are not using a PayPal account to pay, so you don't need to confirm your card when paying. You're simply paying the merchant via your debit or credit card and PayPal is the company that processes the payment. I don't believe you can add money to your PayPal account via a credit card, unless you make a payment to yourself. You can only add money to your PayPal account via your checking account.

@rwerner43 The manual payment link is not on PayPal. The manual payment link in the video is on my website. This video shows you how to buy things on websites that accept PayPal as a payment without having to sign up for a PayPal account. The manual payment link and/or the pay now button will be on the website where you are making the purchase. It will forward you to PayPal's site to finalize the payment after you hit the pay now button on the website that you are buying the item(s) from.

@FunkyIB After you fill out the info and hit "Pay Now," yes, it will be paid. No need to have a PayPal account.

@ianbrowncc wrong.  I just tried to use my Visa debit card and Paypal insisted on banking account info and verifying it. Paypal would not let me pay for a purchase or pay for a money request sent me.

@yangyin09u Did you watch the video? I prove it can be done by walking you through the whole process. I've done it countless times. Which country are you located in? Maybe it's not supported in your country. Have you had issues with your account in the past? That would also cause PayPal to do that. But to a person in the US with an account in good standing, it will work. The only thing it won't work with is an eBay purchase.

@james65508 No, you can't. Credit or debit card only. If you sign up for Paypal, then you can pay via eCheck, which will come from your checking account. Just attach your bank account to your PayPal account, and put your bank account as your funding source when you pay. But you have to have a PayPal account to do that.

this worked for me about 10 times last year, but since them i can no longer pay this way, it says i have to sign up for paypal, which i never will. i am a big anti paypal guy, i have been buying and selling on ebay for 10 years and have never used paypal

@vilotmoney You can sign up for 2checkout (dot) com, but you'll need to have shopping cart software installed on your website. They also charge a $49 setup fee, plus they take 5.5% of every transaction vs. PayPal's free setup and 3% commission.

@crazeenydriver Interesting. Never heard of that happening. I have had many clients pay me over 10 times via PayPal with no problems at all. If you're talking about making payments for things you bought on Ebay, that may be a different story (not sure if it is or not), but just paying people or businesses, I've never experienced that, nor have any of my clients.

@ianbrowncc: like crazeenydriver says, it only works for a few purchases. After a while PayPal takes notice and forces you to register.

I am very much anti-PayPal myself, but this time I have taken precautions. ONLY use a credit card for registering a PayPal account, ideally one that won't be used for anything else and NEVER have any money stay in your PayPal account.
