I've been listening to Hannity for a while, and Ron Paul puts this individual to shame. I hope Ron Paul can at least go far in this next election if not win. the 14th amendment, for example, was adopted after the civil war so that children of slaves would be granted citizenship, which made sense.

Solar power is actually the only power source that's viable over the long term. It made me kind of sad when Paul said that it may be bad because it's the first time he's been wrong that I've seen :<
Since I doubt that fusion will come any time soon, the only viable alternative is solar power. If we filled an area about the size of the Nevada desert with solar panels that were 30% efficient (our best right now), we could power the entire world with room to expand the power grid. Not only is that pretty efficient (internal combustion engines are only about 10% efficient at best), but it's also got no repercussions. Everyone seems to be dodging solar for some reason, but it's the future.
I'm not saying that his ideas are wrong, I'm just disappointed in his lack of insight in the environment despite me being extremely anti-environmentalist (for example, I hate Al Gore). I didn't say the government should solve it, but they should at least understand it if at all possible.
Dr. Paul said solar power may be bad? I don't that. He would not use the government to stop solar power hw would not try and stop any person or business from creating power from the sun.

LISTEN UP PEOPLE sean hannity agrees with ron paul on a lot of issues especially economics. sean hannity has great ideas on the free market as long as many other conservative talk show hosts. welfare, monetary policy, limiting size of federal gov't are all discussed thoroughly by limbaugh/levin/hannity with precision and accuracy. i DO side with ron paul on foreign policy, but anybody who loves ron paul will be seeing many of their political viewpoints coinciding with hannity's.

Right now they think that the whole country thinks like him, that our nation security is the world's number one priority, not just our own, and to hell with everyone else's safety, just as long as WE'RE safe.

With our current technology, everything else is impractical too.
-If we converted our entire power grid to nuclear, we'd exhaust our uranium in 10 years and have an assload of waste
-Wind fucks up wind currents and kills birds
-Hydro fucks up the rivers and isn't plentiful enough
-Ethanol takes more energy to make than it gives off (so do hydrogen cells and most batteries that use electrolysis)
-Coal is just prolonging the issue, it's got the same problems as oil

Since I doubt that fusion will come any time soon, the only viable alternative is solar power. If we filled an area about the size of the Nevada desert with solar panels that were 30% efficient (our best right now), we could power the entire world with room to expand the power grid. Not only is that pretty efficient (internal combustion engines are only about 10% efficient at best), but it's also got no repercussions. Everyone seems to be dodging solar for some reason, but it's the future.

I'm not saying that his ideas are wrong, I'm just disappointed in his lack of insight in the environment despite me being extremely anti-environmentalist (for example, I hate Al Gore). I didn't say the government should solve it, but they should at least understand it if at all possible.
