I found your channel when I had a splitting headache, nausea, insomnia and realized it was because I was emotionally upset over an unpleasant interaction with my mother. Your tapping helped, and I wasn't sure something so funny looking could. I was able to get a good night's rest, feel calmer, and the headache is gone!!! Your soothing voice and insightful statements were especially helpful. Thank you so much.
This is a great video and subject, but I wish you would pause after every statement so that I have time to repeat the phrase aloud myself. To me, that seems more powerful and more personalized.
