The first phrase of this otherwise nice tune is an obvious plagiarism from "Wedding of the Painted Doll" of a couple years earlier. However, I like where this composer goes with the melody, and how he develops the tune. This is NOT to be confused with the pop song "Dancing Fool" (Ted Snyder, 1922) which was a hit and made on several piano rolls (Arden and Kortlander, etc.)
